Salem, Ore.— Today, Oregon Right to Life PAC (ORTL PAC) announced the endorsement of Republican candidate Diane Linthicum for the Senate District 28 Republican Primary.

Linthicum is the wife and chief of staff of current Republican Senator Dennis Linthicum, an outspoken pro-life advocate who has presented many life-affirming measures during his tenure. In 2023, Sen. Linthicum was one of ten senators who participated in an historic walkout protesting radical measures on issues including abortion. Unfortunately, the courageous move led to Linthicum’s disqualification for re-election in 2024.

Now, in the race for Sen. Linthicum’s seat, Diane Linthicum is poised to carry on her husband’s pro-life legacy.

ORTL executive director Lois Anderson said, “Diane has worked with Oregon Right to Life to promote pro-life legislation during her time at the Capitol as a key staffer. This experience will benefit all the constituents in Senate District 28, both born and unborn.”

A mother, grandmother, and small business owner, Diane has worked alongside her husband to advance conservative values in Oregon. The couple have lived in Klamath County for 30 years and have two grown children.

“The Linthicums’ commitment to Oregon’s most vulnerable has been clearly demonstrated,” Anderson continued. “We would be so pleased to see another Linthicum serving as a pro-life legislator in SD 28.”
