Salem, Ore. — Focus on the Family President and CEO Jim Daly will share an uplifting and encouraging message with hundreds of pro-life Oregonians during the first annual Oregon Pro-Life Gala in Salem next month. The gala is a special evening to celebrate the achievements of the pro-life movement and support the ongoing, life-saving work of the Oregon Right to Life Education Foundation.
The inaugural Oregon Pro-Life Gala will be held in Salem on September 19th, 2026. Previously called “A Night for Advocacy,” the event has featured speakers including Live Action Founder and President Lila Rose in the past.
This year, Oregon Right to Life is honored and excited to welcome Jim Daly as the keynote speaker. As President and CEO of Focus on the Family, Daly leads an immensely influential organization that has strengthened marriages, taught healthy parenting skills, guided children, and promoted the sanctity and dignity of every human life for decades.
Daly has an incredible personal testimony, from a childhood made difficult by a lack of a strong father figure to his transformative decision to follow Christ and pursue a life-affirming path that continues to bless families nationwide.

The Oregon Pro-Life Gala will take place on Saturday, September 19th, at the Salem Convention Center. Doors open at 5 PM for the VIP reception and at 6 PM for general reception. Popular Portland radio personality Georgene Rice will emcee the event.
