2026 Fair Coordinator Manual

Mission.

  1. Reach pro-choice fairgoers with the truth about abortion and human development.
  2. Connect women and families with pregnancy care resources and abortion healing resources.

  3. Encourage pro-life advocates with resources, information, and involvement opportunities.

Responsibilities.

  • Learn about your local fair. When is it? Who runs it? Can you reserve a booth? See the Oregon Fairs Association directory for details: www.oregonfairs.org/p/directory
  • Follow the process to reserve a fair booth.
  • Provide any necessary documentation, such as a certificate of insurance (COI).
  • Coordinate payment for fair expenses (see: Finances).
  • Order fair materials from ORTLEF and coordinate providing other necessary materials (see: Physical Materials).
  • Recruit and manage volunteers (see: Volunteer Management).
  • Oversee the setup, teardown, and staffing of the booth.
