2026 Fair Coordinator Manual
Mission.
- Reach pro-choice fairgoers with the truth about abortion and human development.
Connect women and families with pregnancy care resources and abortion healing resources.
Encourage pro-life advocates with resources, information, and involvement opportunities.
Responsibilities.
- Learn about your local fair. When is it? Who runs it? Can you reserve a booth? See the Oregon Fairs Association directory for details: www.oregonfairs.org/p/directory
- Follow the process to reserve a fair booth.
- Provide any necessary documentation, such as a certificate of insurance (COI).
- Coordinate payment for fair expenses (see: Finances).
- Order fair materials from ORTLEF and coordinate providing other necessary materials (see: Physical Materials).
- Recruit and manage volunteers (see: Volunteer Management).
- Oversee the setup, teardown, and staffing of the booth.
Volunteer Resources
Please send the below Position Statements link along with the Volunteer Agreement form to any prospective volunteers.
