ORTL, the parent organization of Oregon Right to Life, handles our lobbying efforts for life in the Oregon legislature, provides support to pro-life organizations and individuals, and organizes events and rallies.
Gifts to ORTL are not tax-deductible because ORTL lobbies for passage of life-protecting legislation. It is an IRS-certified 501(c)(4).
