Make Sure You’re Registered to Vote in the May 21 Primary Election

Oregon’s primary election is coming up fast.

The statewide primary election will be held on May 21. The deadline for voter registration is April 30.

Oregon Right to Life PAC is working hard to support the candidacy of pro-life candidates who will use their elected office to protect vulnerable women and unborn babies.

Elections can have major consequences.

In House District 12, for example, we’re supporting pro-life candidate Darin Harbick to unseat self-described “pro-choice Republican” Charlie Conrad. Last year, Conrad voted for a bill letting children of any age get abortions and contraception without parental knowledge or consent. He also voted to expand Oregon’s physician-assisted suicide program to out-of-state residents.

We think people in HD 12 – and throughout Oregon – deserve better.

You can always rely on Oregon Right to Life PAC to back pro-life candidates who will lead our state in a positive direction. But we can’t do it alone! We need dedicated pro-life advocates to cast their votes for the candidates who will be a voice for the voiceless.

That’s why we’re urging all pro-life advocates to check their voter registration NOW to make sure you’re eligible to vote in the statewide election.

  • Note: Currently, the majority of our pro-life candidates are in Republican races. If you are not registered as a Republican, they will not appear on your ballot. Some pro-life candidates are in non-partisan races at the county level. Non-partisan races appear on all ballots.

Oregon Right to Life PAC will be releasing a voter guide at the end of the month to help you select pro-life candidates who have been vetted and approved by ORTL PAC.

In the meantime, we urge you to make sure you’re registered to vote before the April 30 cutoff.
