Meet the Staff

Dr. Rosenbloom Thank you for visiting the ORTL website. I am honored to serve as the president of an organization which exists for such a great purpose; the protection and preservation of human life. As a medical doctor, I know that all human life is sacred from conception until it ends in natural death. The purposeful termination of innocent human life is never acceptable. I am especially concerned that we not only concentrate on protecting the pre-born, but also those who are at the end of their lives. Those who are handicapped, either mentally or physically, those who are aged, feeble, sick or terminally ill, must be protected with vigor. Every human being has equal dignity and value regardless of their affliction or their position on the continuum of life. I invite you to join with me in this noble task.
Gayle Atteberry For the first 30-some years of my life, I was ambivalent about abortion. Then one day, to my horror, I discovered the ugly truth about abortion—in every single abortion procedure, an innocent developing child is brutally destroyed. “What can be done about this?” I wondered. I soon found out that there’s a lot we can do! Now, as executive director, I joyfully work to defend the most innocent among us—the unborn. Through education, lobbying, and political activity, Oregon Right to Life – the state’s most established and largest pro-life group – is successfully changing hearts and saving lives. I invite you to become a member of Oregon Right to Life and to find out how you, too, can make a difference for LIFE.
Lois Anderson I’m glad you dropped by! Here at ORTL, my passion is finding and helping pro-lifers who want to run for office and inspiring pro-lifers to vote pro-life. So if you’re interested in how to get political, or just looking for information you won’t find anywhere else, click here.
Kate Ewald Welcome to our website! My main job here at ORTLEF is to coordinate programs that educate the public about life issues. We do this in a variety of ways; from providing displays and literature for special events and fairs, to giving presentations and talks, to assisting students who are looking for research information. We also hold statewide Speech, Essay and Drawing Contests for young pro-lifers in grades K-12 and each spring we help run Camp Joshua, ORTL’s annual pro-life youth leadership training. So, if you’re looking for ways to help get the message across that all human life is valuable and must be protected, or if you’re just looking for information, click here.
Esther Ripplinger Our Post-Abortion Awareness Department represents the national Silent No More Awareness Campaign and American Victims of Abortion (AVA). Through this outreach, I have made many dear friends--- men and women who regret their abortion decisions.
In both English and Spanish, our presentations are sprinkled with a refreshing message of hope and healing and demonstrate how abortion affects all of society. America’s pro-life majority can be encouraged by watching The Woman to Woman Show, and learn ways to proudly affirm life and to build a culture of life. Everyday I enjoy coming to work with a family of compassionate people and I look forward to talking with you!
