Right now, Planned Parenthood and the ACLU are collecting thousands of signatures to place the “Equal Rights for All” measure on the ballot in 2026.
The harmless title is a misnomer: The Equal Rights for All Measure is a Trojan Horse for the most extreme anti-life, anti-family, and anti-parental rights laws in Oregon’s history.
If this measure passes, it would permanently change Oregon’s Constitution to forever make all future pro-life laws unconstitutional.
Help Oregon Right to Life raise the $150,000 needed to build the groundwork, now, that is needed to defeat this measure.
